What to Expect

Private lessons are designed for players who want focused, individualized coaching in a calm, controlled environment. Each 1:1 session gives our coaches the opportunity to evaluate your current strengths, identify areas for improvement, and build a personalized development plan designed to accelerate your technical growth and overall understanding of the game. We begin by sharing an initial evaluation so that players, parents, and coaches have a clear understanding of where the athlete is in their lacrosse journey—what they do well, where they need to improve, what they want to accomplish, and the steps required to get there. Over time, private lessons develop into an ongoing mentorship. Your coach tracks your progress, adjusts training as your needs evolve, and provides clear feedback along the way. Every session is guided by the Greater Every Day standards, with the goal of creating measurable improvement, greater confidence, and a clear path toward achieving your lacrosse goals.
