We only hire coaches whose natural DNA is to transform hard work into high-level skill and rock-solid character. Each one is USA Lacrosse certified and embodies the kind of greatness that's built in quiet reps and daily choices, not the spotlight.Â
Cooper Sloan
A New Jersey native, Cooper was a four-year varsity starter at West Morris Central High School, leaving as the program's record-holder for career points with 215. He earned multiple First Team all-state and all-conference honors, and led his team as a captain to the program's first State Championship in almost a decade. He continued his career at Division III Washington College on Maryland's Eastern Shore, where he again started all four years, served as captain, and earned a spot in the program's record books. Cooper still actively plays lacrosse with the San Diego Lacrosse Club and is honored to coach at Francis Parker School where he is the Head coach of the lacrosse team and the quarterback coach of the football team.Â
Mark Foundos
Mark joined the Francis Parker coaching staff in 2022 and has played an integral role in the program's success as Defensive Coordinator, helping lead the Lancers to two CIF Division II Championships and a CIF Division I Runner-Up finish. A dedicated and dependable leader, Mark has been a constant presence through every challenge and milestone Francis Parker has faced over the last few years, earning the trust and respect of players and coaches alike. Passionate about developing complete defenders, he is committed to raising the standard of defensive play across San Diego by teaching the technical skills, lacrosse IQ, and competitive mindset required to excel at the highest levels.

Jake Govett
Jake is a professional forward for the San Diego Seals and a former Division I lacrosse player at the University of Delaware. Originally from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, Jake was a decorated high school player before continuing his career at Delaware and entering the professional box game with San Diego. He has also spent years coaching youth and high school athletes in both field and box lacrosse, giving Greater Every Day players access to a coach who understands skill development, offensive IQ, and the transition from youth lacrosse to the college and pro levels. Jake currently serves as the Offensive Coordinator of the Francis Parker School in San Diego.
