PLAYER PROGRAMS

Each one-hour session is tailored to the athlete’s specific needs and goals — whether that’s building core fundamentals, cleaning up mechanics, or sharpening specific skills. We slow things down, give clear feedback, and repeat quality reps so players leave each lesson with simple, actionable next steps.

Private 1:1 coaching is ideal for players who:

• want more confidence with the ball in their stick

• are looking for a personalized, mentorship-style lesson experience

• learn best in a quieter, low-pressure environment

• need extra support on specific skills or positions

• are preparing for tryouts, club, or the next level

These sessions are about growth, not game results. The 1:1 relationship gives players an hour-long opportunity to ask questions, make mistakes, and build real, lasting skill.

We begin by sharing an initial evaluation so that players, parents, and coaches have a clear understanding of where the athlete is in their lacrosse journey—what they do well, where they need to improve, what they want to accomplish, and the steps required to get there.

Over time, private lessons develop into an ongoing mentorship. Your coach tracks your progress, adjusts training as your needs evolve, and provides clear feedback along the way. Every session is guided by the Greater Every Day standards, with the goal of creating measurable improvement, greater confidence, and a clear path toward achieving your lacrosse goals.
