What We Will Cover

Each clinic is tailored to the players attending and the positions they play – with a focus on high-repetition, high-intensity drills.

Advanced Stickwork & Ball Control

  • Maximum touches: High-speed wall ball routines and dynamic clearing drills.

  • Ambidexterity: Developing your non-dominant hand under intense defensive pressure.

  • Deceptive passing: Learning how to look off defenders and feed the crease cleanly.

Positional IQ & Breakdown Stations

  • Attack/Midfield: Perfecting the step-down shot, dodging from X, and creating separation.

  • Defense: Mastering approach angles, dynamic body checking, and active stick positioning.

  • Goalies: Focus on footwork, explosive tracking, and commanding the defense from the crease.

Situational Play & Scrimmages

  • Numbers-advantage drills: Fast-paced 3v2 and 4v3 transition scenarios.

  • Full-field strategy: Executing ride-and-clear fundamentals to dictate the tempo of the game.

  • Live scrimmages: Full-contact gameplay to apply learned concepts in real time

Each clinic combines technical skill development, position-specific instruction, small-sided competition, and live gameplay when numbers allow. Players will be challenged to apply what they learn at game speed while receiving direct feedback from GED coaches throughout the session.

Beyond lacrosse skills, clinics reinforce the Greater Every Day standards of effort, accountability, coachability, leadership, and being a great teammate. Players should leave each session with a better understanding of their game, specific areas to continue working on, and the confidence to take the next step in their development.
