Humility keeps us grounded. We let our play and our character speak, celebrate wins, own mistakes, and stay coachable no matter how good we get.
Growth is the long game. Every rep, drill, and film session is a chance to get a little better—as athletes, students, and people.
Accountability means we do what we say we’ll do. Players learn to own their choices, their preparation, and how they show up for their team.
Resilience is how we respond when things get hard. Missed shots, bad calls, and tough seasons become fuel for learning, not reasons to quit.
Service is using our skills to lift others. Players learn to give back through mentoring, leadership, and showing up for younger athletes and their communities.
Fun is why we first fell in love with lacrosse. Even when the work is hard, we protect the energy and brotherhood that made us so passionate about the sport.
Access is how we give back. Scholarships, free clinics, and targeted support help talented kids reach fields and colleges they might not otherwise see.
Relationships remind us we’re part of something bigger. We show up for each other— teammates, coaches, and families — and celebrate every step forward.
